Hi I’m Joanna Hudson BSC BIPP
I am a Media and Fine Arts Graduate.. I am 34 and after spending 10 years in the Television Industry I wanted to follow my true love in life…. Photography.
That was 5 years ago and every day I thank my lucky stars because I have the best job in the world.
I cover all types of photography from Weddings & Portraits to Corporate photography, no job is too big or too small!
Wedding photography is my specialty because I simply love weddings!
I feel that I have a unique way of documenting your day. I find that there are two types of couples that come to me, one type who want a natural look to their photographs, mainly candid, reportage shots of guests enjoying themselves, showing the simple beauty of the day. Other couples want lots of beautiful couple shots to show off how beautiful and happy they are on this unique day which will never come again. Some couples are somewhere in between requesting both candid reportage shots with some posed images to make a stunning album to show off the day!
I myself was married 5 years ago and know how it feels to be a bride!! I promise to capture that feeling and emotion forever!
I am more than just your photographer, I have been known to hang out of convertible cars, deliver button holes, give lifts to bridesmaids, hold hair grips, tuck in bra straps, lace up dresses, hang out windows, give advice, tissues....all to make your day as perfect as possible!

I gained my Licensiateship 2 years ago from the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP). Ray Lowe, a Fellow at the Institute, who judged my work said my work was ‘a breath of fresh Air’ which is a huge compliment.
